Brinkmann Gourmet Smoker
I've had my Brinkman for 6 months now
and have smoked several chickens, legs of lamb, duck breasts and
made some heavenly smoked venison sausages. The chickens and lamb
legs take 3-4 hours and retain all their moisture throughout the
process. They make a fantastic summer set piece and will amaze
your friends. If you can light a barbecue and follow some simple
instructions then using the Brinkman couldn't be simpler. There's
masses of information and recipes on the internet so you'll never
be short of inspiration.

Wrapped, this takes up an impressive amount
of space under the tree at Christmas! Sleek,
black and R2D2-a-like, it looks like modern
art in the garden...plus the tucker it produces
is superb. Take some time experimenting with
different meats and fish (don’t forget
the veg, either!) and the various wood chips;
the variations are endless. This is a fine
way to expand one’s methods of turning
ingredients into great food. I am stuck on
apple wood smoked wild trout. It can only
be recommended.
